## In case there is no maintenance agent in the customer's city, we are happy to serve you with the following steps:


  • A PDF bill of lading will be sent to the store's account.
  • For the first time only on the customer’s mobile phone, and the customer is expected to go and deliver the packaged product to the nearest office of the same shipping company within 3 days from the date the policy is sent to him.
  • The delivery method to the shipping companies’ offices is agreed upon with the customer and the customer service team according to the policy of each city and where the product was purchased from.
  • The policy will be cancelled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company within 3 days of sending the policy to the customer.


  • After receiving the product, it is sent to the official agent for inspection.
  • After checking with the agent and it becomes clear that the product is under warranty and the defect is identified, the agent will provide warranty services according to its terms.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost.


  • If the defect is not proven by the agent’s report, the product will be returned to the customer at his expense, and the customer will bear the shipping costs back and forth.


## The inspection and maintenance period at the agents ranges from 7 to 14 working days according to the Ministry of Commerce system.
