What are the services provided by Red Box?
Red Box provides a service for receiving and retrieving parcels through Red Box smart lockers. Where you can receive packages from different areas of the city.
How long does the shipment stay in the Red Box locker?
You have 48 hours to receive the shipment from the locker, after which it will be extended for three days (depending on the merchant)
Can I pay in cash at Red Box smart lockers (cash on delivery)?
Payment is only made via Mada, Visa, and Apple Pay cards.
There is currently no cash payment service in Red Box smart lockers.

No, all you have to do is choose Redbox Locker as the delivery option.
What is the method of retrieving shipments through Red Box lockers?
After contacting the merchant, you can request a return of the shipment through Red Box lockers. You will receive an SMS containing a unique recovery code. You can then go to the nearest Red Box point and choose “return shipments,” then enter the recovery code, and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Why do I choose to receive packages from Red Box points versus home delivery?
Red Box allows you to choose to receive packages from a location close to your home or work at a time that suits you, without the need to be at home to receive packages or the need to coordinate with delivery drivers. You decide when and where to receive your shipments
How can I receive the shipment through Red Box?
Once the special package is deposited at the Red Box locker, you will receive an SMS containing a unique receipt code that includes the Red Box locker address and all shipment information. When you arrive at the locker to pick up your shipment, enter your receiving code or scan the barcode with the barcode scanner and follow the on-screen instructions.

What will happen if I find another product that I did not order in the Redbox cabinets?

Can I return shipments via Red Box lockers?
Yes, this service is available for some merchants. (You must check with the merchant)
Is it possible for someone else to receive the shipment?
It is best for customers to receive their shipments themselves. However, it is possible for someone else to receive the shipment if they have the receipt code. In this case, it is the customer's full responsibility to provide the message details to a third party who will receive your shipment. Red Box will not bear any responsibility for lost/stolen shipments.
